Get Ready for the Spring Season during this 10-week program

Open to all 9th -12th Grade Girls for the 2020-21 school year. This program focuses on a mix of stick skills along with more intense strength and conditioning with plenty of running and sweating! Please be sure to bring all LAX equipment to every session and footwear for indoor turf (no cleats).
NOTE: Due to COVID-related facility restrictions, the 2021 program is being moved to Intensity Athletics in Riverside. Intensity features a 3500 square, climate-controlled turf field. This is a major improvement from prior facilities and will be a better experience for the girls, but it is a significant increase in expense to offer this important program.
Intensity Athletics is operational under COVID-19 prevention guidelines. Athletes are encouraged to wear face coverings at all times possible. Contact drills will not be part of our program. Intensity does not offer a parent waiting area inside the facility and encourages entry for players and coaches only. Park Girls Lacrosse Club follows COVID-19 protocols established by US Lacrosse at https://www.uslacrosse.org/return-to-play.
Current US Lacrosse number/membership required.
If you do not have a current US Lacrosse membership or if your membership will expire before 3/8/2021, you will be redirected to the US Lacrosse website. The US Lacrosse membership fee is paid directly to US Lacrosse and is necessary for player liability coverage. After you finish, please return to the Park Girls Lacrosse site to finish your registration. You will not be registered in our system until payment is complete to Park Girls Lacrosse for this program.
